Need to postpone or cancel your workshop?

We know that sometimes sh*t happens and best-laid plans need to change. If you need to cancel or postpone your workshop, here are the details you need to know.  By booking us, please know that you agree to these terms...

For programs involving up to and including one day of delivery, at least 15 business days' notice is required in writing prior to the commencement of the program to avoid a cancellation or postponement charge. 

• Notice within 14 days will incur a 50% charge.
• Notice within 10 days will incur a 75% charge.  
• Notice within 5 days will attract a 100% charge.  
• Any direct expenses incurred prior to cancellation or postponement will be charged in full.

For programs involving more than one day of delivery, at least 21 business days' notice is required in writing prior to commencement of the program to avoid a cancellation or postponement charge

• Notice within 20 days will incur a 50% charge. 
• Notice within 15 days will incur a 75% charge.  
• Notice within 10 days will attract a 100% charge.  
• Any direct expenses incurred prior to cancellation or postponement will be charged in full.

For individual Coaching sessions, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancellations otherwise the full Coaching fee will be incurred.
