These are common phrases we hear and we say "coaching will SAVE you time" and "you might not have the skills YET." 

If you want to take your leadership skills to the next level, you NEED to learn how to coach people. Much of an individual's experience at work is directly shaped by their relationship with their leader.

We need to acknowledge the power leaders have in influencing their employees day to day life at work.  A 'Happiness At Work' survey found that the top three factors that reduce happiness at work are, lack of help and support from leaders (40%), negative co-workers (39%), lack of praise or recognition (37%).
